Appellant, Erco J. De Marco, brought suit under the safe-place statute against respondent, Russell Braund, for injuries sustained when he fell in an automobile repair shop owned and operated by respondent. It is undisputed that respondent is an employer, that his shop is a place of employment, and that appellant was a frequenter. Trial was to a jury and respondent was found not negligent in regard to maintaining and furnishing a place of employment as safe as its nature would reasonably permit. Appeal is taken from the judgment entered in accordance with the verdict. The facts are set forth in the opinion.
